All Inclusive Rental Policy

We have been offering rentals to students since 2006 with our “all included” rental policy, meaning that included in your rent is: a fully furnished house/bedroom/studio, which includes all the utilities (gas, water, electricity) and extra services (high speed wireless internet, cable tv, ECA insurance) and some special services (regular maid service for the common areas and basic lawn maintenance). All that is included with your monthly rent.
