The Grey Houses Next Door
The Grey houses were designed with the needs and living habits of students in mind: In the ground floor is the entrance hall, the kitchen and dining area, and access to the outside terrasse.
Downstairs is the modern living area with a large TV, comfy couches, separate bathroom, laundry room and storage area.
On the two upper floors are the individual rooms, each floor has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet, and two rooms with private balconies sharing the floor's bathroom and toilet.
There are 5 covered parking spots (rented separately) next to the house.
